Answers:
for chest i would say chest press!. but mix it up every once in a while, add weights or change to dumbells, but you gotta change it up every once in a while!. im 14 and i work out twice a week, and im getting alot bigger from this!.

for biceps use the same concept!. switch between barbell curls, double bicep curls, and hammer curls!.

using body weight is a great way to build muscle!. push ups and pull ups are good for biceps!. if you keep your arms closer together when doing pushups, you work more of your chest and triceps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The whole chest can't be exercised in one fell swoop!. You need to do different exercises to hit different heads of the pectoral muscles!.

Believe it or not, there are other muscles out there other than your pecs or biceps!. If you don't work them, your favorite little muscles won't get as big because your body likes to grow all at once!.

Shoot me an email, seems like you need some help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

your muscles get use to exercises within a couple of weeks!. push ups only can maintain!. use dumbells on a bench!. two dumbells, like 35 lbs to start!. increase gradually!. or start with a bar and two tens, do fifteen reps, add ten pounds, do fifteen reps, add ten pounds, do fifteen reps, etc!. till you get one fifty (if you can) then go back down!. no more than four days a week!. your muscles need to heal, rip, heal, rip!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i would say concentration curls, barbell curls, dumbell curls, flys, benchpress, inclined flys, declined flys, those reverse flys thing where you bend over and keep your arms straight and go out, and some pullups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

push ups are considered the best exercise!.!.!. because it's good for you back and it works out everything!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

pushups, situps, pull ups, crunches,
trust me they DO workWww@Answer-Health@Com
