Take the stairs
Get off stops earlier/walk where you can when you can
Buy a pedometer and build up your steps per day

As for food - choose food for it being healthy stuff - dont limit amount but just stick to healthy stuff!. Cut out chocolate, crisps, snacks, cakes, biscuits, sweets!. Choose low fat where you can and reduce amount of fatty products you use!.

Drink a lot of water and whenever you feel hungry drink a big cup of water first!. Eat slowly

Reduce convenience food and learn to cook from fresh!. Meat and two veg sort of thing!.

Get a bike and use it, join a swimming or cycling club - a great social and you will meet lots of people and make some healthy mates!. Try Triathlon club!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i really don't no because I'm young to but i would just cut down on the bread and potatoes and do some sit ups in the morning and b4 you go to bed and a quick walk every other day and can you answer my question pls :) http://answers!.yahoo!.com/question/index!?!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why workout!? have you ever thought about skating!? riding a bike!? swimming!? Those burn a lot of calories!. Just search for an activity you enjoy and practice it regulary!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
