Based on an average calorie consumption of 2000 calories mixed with daily exercise you would be missing out on 3800 calories over 7 days!.

The amout of calories per 1lb of fat is 3500 so you would lose 1lb of fat however by reducing your calorie intake you are ultimatly reducing food intake so you would probabally lose about 4lb of water retention as well as the 1lb of fat burnt!. You will appear alot slimmer with the reduced water retention!. Water will quickly replenish though as soon as you eat some carbs so dont be discouraged by the fluctuating scale measurements weigh yourself weekly Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's an average of about 1457 calories/ day!. Unless your basal metabolic rate is pretty high and/or you are working out/burning calories on a regular basis, you would probably lose very little!.

You must burn 3500 calories MORE than you consume to lose a single pound of fat!.

If your BMR was about 2000 cals (i!.e!., about 500 more than what you are consuming on average with the above mentioned plan), you would lose 1 lb of fat in a week's time!. Most folks to not burn an average of 2000 calories / day, unless they are either quite large to begin with or are exercising quite a lot!.
