Question: Can anyone give me or help me improve my futbol workout!?
I'm doing this to be prepared for when I try out for highschool futbol!.
Everyday I run 3 miles in the morning, I bench 141 every 3 days, lift 30 pound dumbells every 2 days, I also do cone drills with my friend also!. What and where can I improve it!? Also what can I do to be better!? I'm gonna go for Defender!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Forget about benching, u should start doing squats, they are much more important, they will develop ur legs as a whole!. Look at some videos at youtube to learn how to squat properly, start with low weights until u have perfect form, and never round ur back when squatingWww@Answer-Health@Com
