Question: How many exercises for a bodypart are needed to get big!.!.!.!?
how many exercises should I do for example if I train biceps, triceps, or chest(of course not on the same day) I usually do about 6 exercises per bod part and do 7-10 reps and 4 sets if im doing straight reps and then 3 sets if im doing X-reps at the end of the last repWww@Answer-Health@Com

Trick is to first eat a balance diet high in protein low in fat!. Second, don't do too much, since you're young your bodys going to need more time to rest!. If you want to train for bulk, do fewer reps more slowly!. If you want to train for tone do more reps, more rapidly!. I've found if I work out too much my body doesn't grow anywhere near as fast as if I do a good, concentrated work out and then rest for a day!. Currently I have big pecks, a six pack and relatively big arms and I only work out 3-4 times a week for half an hour-45 mins!. Eat, do a good, concentrated work out, and take rest is my motto!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

6 exercises is alot dude!. do one exercise which is mainly focused on that part for each part!.
ex:bench press for chest!.
the main key to building muscle is the principle of progression overload!. this means that after you begin to get used to a certain amount of weight you add more so that your results do not level off!.
you should aim for 2-3 sets of each exercise you preform and a good set of 5-8 reps while lifting the strongest you can do without quitting early!.
also maintain a high protein diet and a healthy diet!. also get lots of rest, the rest is just as important as the workout!.

Anyone who answers here with the limited information you provided should not be taken seriously!. You didn't state your age, weight, body type, gender !. !. !. You also did not mention whether you are using light or heavy weights!.

Join a gym if you haven't already and ask a qualified trainer or if you are a basement lifter, go to the library and read up or at least do a few GOOGLE searches!.

well it all depends on your body, like for example I find myself in the gym for about 2 hours sometimes cause my body really gets use to the punishment so I take my time and do as many exercises I need to do to get a great workout Www@Answer-Health@Com

To get big muscle you want to do more reps faster!. For lean muscle shape do less reps slower!. So, to build up big I would say do sets of 20-30 reps fast and rotate and do about 3 sets per muscle group per work out!.
