Question: Will I lose weight this way!? Please read details!.!?
Excersice:

Swimming 1-2 hours
Walking/Running 15-30 minutes
Horseback riding once a week


Diet:

Breakfast: Slim Fast Drink
Lunch: Slim Fast Drink
Dinner: Regular Dinner

yup you'll definitely lose weight!. But you won't want to do it this way!. I think the Slim Fast drinks are gross compared to real food!. I recommend smoothies for breakfast and things like celery and peanut butter, or carrot sticks and some meat (like tuna) for lunch!. And your regular dinner should be lean meat and veggies!. If you want to add any carbs to change it up, do it in the morning!. That way you can burn it off during the day!.
Your exercise regime is per day!? If yes then I'd up the swimming and running on some days!. Maybe go 2!.5 hrs one day a week and make sure some of the others are at 2 hrs!. Same with the running, have some days a little more than others and have the slower/shorter ones be like a reward day!. Horseback riding doesn't help all that much!. I'm not bashing it, because I've done it!. But it really won't be the main factor!.
Depending on your metabolism and if you stick to your diet you could lose 10-15lbs in your first month!.!.!.it slows down after the first month or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
