Hi, I do WW also, and I know how hard it can be to work out your own recipies, but here's how I'd count points for your omlette:
Egg 1!.5 points
tablespool of milk I wouldn't count seeing as its only 2 points for half a pint
40g of half fat cheese is 2!.5 points, so its worth weighting it out because its so easy to get carried away with things like cheese!
salt and pepper are both 0 points!.

i dunno but i suggest you don't eat it
if you wanna eat something healthy but still satisfy cravings
eat like an apply with a spoon of peanut butter its healthy and has some fat to it sooo you get satisfied
orrr chicken breast with mayo (low fat and just a lil )
if your trying to lose weight just eat 1500 calories a day if your a girl or 1800 -2000 if your a guy
and do 1 hour of cardio and you can lose 4-8 pounds a month
2 hours of cardio is 8-12 ponds a month

I do believe the egg is 2 or 3!? look in your little book and then I would count the cheese as 2!.!. the salt,pepper and table spoon of milk isn't enough to count for anything!.
