Okay, what the hell - Ignore the other answerers (most of them)!. The idiots come out at night I suppose (it's night where I am!.)

You're underweight for your height!. Somebody 5'5 should be around 125 - 130 lbs!. You're not DRASTICALLY underweight, but you're THIN!. So stop the dieting and the obsessing!. DON'T try that 1000 calorie crap, don't count your calories!. Just eat healthy, you probably know what healthy and unhealthy is!. You're 12!. Live your young life out before worrying about your body!. You'll regret worrying SO much when you're older!. You may even trigger an eating disorder, which can KILL YOU!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for your height you are right, you really shouldn't worry about it, but instead of not eating, eat it boosts you motabolism, you could try the 1000 calorie diet, you can loose up to 15 pounds in a week (but you have to up the calories to 1500 the next week, and then the week after 2000, then stay on 2000!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

watch what you eat!. try not to drink soda!.

1!. make the portions of your meal smaller
2!.drink a lot of water (cleanses your body)
3!.exercise try walking (proven to have better results then running because people actually keep up with it!.)
4!.no junk food (chips, ice cream, etc!.)
5!.find a motivation (by a size smaller pair of jeans that you would want to fit in to when your done)
