Please rate my work out plan ?!


Question: Please rate my work out plan !?
Every morning, I do 50 sit-ups or 100 depending on how strong I am, 50 push-ups and 50 of that exercise where you have to cross your ankles over each other and move your legs down without touching the floor and back to your stomach!. I do the same some nights if I'm strong enough!. Please rate 1-10 and give me advice on how to improve!. Thanks!.
P!.S: Nothing too vigorous because I'm only 15!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any exercise is good, but you might want to mix it up a little with a few free weights too!.!.!. If you dont have free weights, look for something heavy and use that!.

Try working different part of your body each day rather than the same thing over and over again, muscles are smart and learn what they are doing, after a while its not a challenenge anymore!.

Try working something like this

monday - triceps - abs
Tuesday - Running
Wednesday Biceps - lower back
Thursday - Running
Friday - upper back - legs
Saturday - rest
Sunday - rest

And just generally mix it up a little rather than the same thing!. Just because you are 15, doesnt mean you cant stay fit and health!.
If you no good at running, try bike riding, or swimming, or some sort of cardio to get your blood rushing through your body!.!.!.

The better the blood flow the better your muscles will work and repair themselves after a workout!.

And eat healthy! And drink plenty of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

This sounds ok but remember when doing sit-ups and push-ups it's quality not quantity!. You must be doing slow controlled movements!.

Also don't do sit-ups, do crunches, if you Google that you will find how and when doing push-ups use push-up stands so that you can go lower and use a larger range of motion!. It does make it a lot harder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This looks good!. It is your diet plan (your screen name) that is the problem!. Good excercise, but it needs to be balanced with a proper diet!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
