Question: Did i ruin my just started 2 week diet!?!?!? =(((!? 10 points!!!!!!!!?
okay so i gained around 15 pounds this summer!.!.!.!.(((( so i decided to tone up at leats a bit before school!. - i got 2 weeks left!.

my diet plan is kind of like that:

breakfast
0% fat fruit jogurt (61 kcal) + coffe no sugar +vitamin

lunch
fish or meat or chiken grilled + veggies/slald no dressing

i also drink a lot of water/tea and go walking/jogging

today is my second day and i had:


breakfast
0% fat fruit jogurt (61 kcal) + coffe no sugar +vitamin

lunch
2 pieces grilled lamb + tomatos/cucumers

BUT

thank we discovered that we have 3 eggplants in our fridge so my dad cooked them (grilled no sauce just sault and pepper) all and i had like half of them(((

is it gonna make any changes in my weight loss!?!?!?


please help - any advice welcome!!!

since eggplant is a veggie you're fine!.!.!. don't stress out about it because if you do you may slip up because of the pressure you are putting on yourself!.
just try to consume less calories than you burn!. it sounds like you are doing good with the fruit and protein though!. try to drink lots of water!. don't strave yourself!. exercise and use free weights!. do some basic stretches after working out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think eggplants are alright, considering they are vegetables and were grilled (no oil)!.

So I guess you are fine!

Although you should consider having dinner and eating well balanced meal, just watch closely on proportion and do regular physical activity!. Otherwise your weight reduction will come from your muscle being used as energy, instead of your body fat being burned!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eggplants are great for you!. They have hardly any calories at all!. You might want to eat a little bit more, actually! Try and have something for dinner, even if it's just another serve of meat with some salad or veg!. You're also missing out on carbs completely, which isn't good and you're not having any fruit!. Try having a bit of toast in the morning with your breakfast and then some fruit in the afternoon as a snack!.

1!. You are NOT eating enough to lose weight, let alone to tone up!. You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day made of lean protein and natural carbs!. You are just trying to eat the bare minimum to lose!.!.!.but it's only going to trick your body into starvation mode!.!.!.meaning it'll store your food as fat!. You need to eat more to keep your metabolism running!.

2!. You need to strength-train!. Walking/jogging is great, but it will not tone you up overall!. You need to work with weights or resistance bands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This sounds like a very boring and quite bland fad diet!. Also!.!.!.where's dinner!? Sounds to me like you are going to be starving and exhausted by the end of the day!. You don't need to do these crazy fad diets, as they will actually harm your metabolism and cause long term damage, meaning you will be struggling with your weight forever!. Just be sure to eat healthy and get exercise, otherwise you'll be stuck with terrible food like that for the rest of your life!.

Chances are you will notice weight loss at first and then possibly weight gain!. You are not eating enough calories to support your basic bodily functions!. That is the reason you should not consume less than 1200 calories per day, your body needs that energy just to keep your body alive and functioning, let alone up and moving!. Your food choices are great so far! Keep up the good work on that end!. Eat more for breakfast!.
