Big family - mmotivation?!


Question: Big family - mmotivation!?
we have a very big family but decided to loose some weight!.!.!.

well the problem is that my momhas to buy lots of candy/chips/crisps!.!.!.!. and i rly crave them!.!.!. i force myself to go jogging instead or drink tea but i still have the cravings!.!. i think they just get harder!!!!!!! what should i do!?!?!?(((Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's good what your doing by losing weight and I know it's temping to go and get that bag of chips but it's not worth it!.After eating the bag of candy or chips that was deep fried or loaded with sugar and what not you would have to run about maybe 45 minutes to burn it off and do you think it's worth it for just about 3 minutes of goodness do you think it's worth it!? !.If you want something to have in your mouth either ask your mom to get low-calories Popsicles or have gum by your side or you could even have the oven baked version of chips but that doesn't mean that you can have the whole bag too!. The cravings will go, I promise!. I've lost 70lbs and at the beginning I found it really hard to stop craving 'bad' foods!. Now, I've gotten to the point where I'm craving veggies and fruit!. You just have to go through a detox period where your body gets rid of everything yucky and starts a fresh!.

You're doing well by doing something else when you think about candy and stuff!. That's a great step!.

Maybe you should set a challange in your family to see who can get the fittest in a certain amount of time or who can drop the most lbs or inches!. Make it fun for each other so you stick to it!. I challange my Mum all the time!. I so beat her!. lol

Talk to you Mum about not buying the candy/chips and ask her to get good stuff like veggies and fruit for you!.

Is was just like my situation my mum would buy foods like cakes and crisps for pack up and because their there you just eat them!. Its really hard I understand just don't even think about them!. Before you sit down for your meal drink a pint of water!. In-between meals snack on fruit or other healthy snacks E!.G!. rice cakes or salad stick's!. It sounds boring but you will see results!.Or how about you ask for your own cupboard at home and put your stuff in that!? Have ya got a excersise buddy try new activits you enjoy swimming, ice-skating, badminton, biking or just walking You could then support and motivate one another!. Good Luck x Www@Answer-Health@Com
