How good did i do today...?!


Question:

How good did i do today...?

so i got back from vacation and have about 7 pounds to lose that i gained.

for breakfast i ate a bowl of special k with some raspberries and water. for lunch i ate a turkey and american cheese (2 slices) sandwhich and this l.a. protein bar (180 calories) and water. for a snack i ate another one of those protein bars and some grapes. for dinner i am having leftover spaggetti (sp?) sauce that has lots of chopped meat in it.


for exercise i did about 210 sit ups, 2 hours of tennis and lifted weights a little.

how does that sound for my diet??? any suggestions..?


Answers:

sounds good. eat more carbs , like wheat breads and stuff eats los of lean meats, like turkey meat in the spaggehti, stay away from processed foods they have too much sodium in them so i hope that cheese was from the deli.
