The workout plan that I use at the gym also consist of Resistance training!. I believe that you need to add this in with cardio to see weight loss!. 45 minutes of cardio and then I do the 30 minute weight lifting circuit that my gym has set up!. I also add in some of the great warm weather workouts from this post on non gym days!.

When I joined my gym they made me a routine, 5 min on the bike to warm up, 20 minutes fast walking or jogging on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the elliptical, then 5 min slow wallking on the treadmill to slow the heart, and then of course stretch!.!.!. it worked, and once you get used to it you can always add resistance or longer times! Good luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Going to the gym alone wont make you lose that much!. it depends on your discipline, eating less fatty foods!. When I go to the gym I recondition my body from leg curls to lat machines to bicep curls and when i'm done i lift weights about 3x15!. lastly i use the treadmill but i don't depend on time, i try to jog 3 kilometers no matter how long (usually it takes 30 mins to jog it slowly, but i try to lessen the time)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're going to have to do a lot more cardio than that to lose weight!. I'd recommend splitting it up 30 and 15 at the very least (or up to an hour)!. You have to remember that fat doesn't even start burning until after 30 minutes!. Move quickly into pushups, crunches and the like, then onto weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
