If you have low body fat, you should be able to tone these body parts with any isolation exercises e!.g!. bicep curls and tricep kickbacks are excellent for your arms, squats (although compound) are excellent to tone the thighs and hanging leg raises are excellent for your abs!.
However, if you are not already slim, then you need to get rid of the fat first!. This would involve having a good diet, full body workouts and some cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
