Question: Help ME WHAT woRk Out ShOULD i Do!?
i am 13 boy and do not play sports right now!. What work out should i do!. I can't use any equipment and i want to work out now to when i am older and in high school i will be one of the strongest kids!.

Well your only 13 years old, so i wouldn't suggest weightlifting until your at least 15, but if your really determined don't use weights yet, use your own body!.

First i would suggest push ups, they're some of the best exercises for building mass!.

Just do as many as you can, maybe 5 - 10 times per day depending on how intense you want the workout!.

Pull ups will also be necessary if you can find somewhere to do them, you should follow the same routine as push ups, and also jumping!.

Jump up on both feet as high as you can and as soon as you come down jump back up, repeat!.

what most people think you just need to train your arms and chest, but that's not true, you need legs or you'll never get big muscles, your body grows together so you need to work everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to get a 6 pack try 8 min!. abdominal workouts!. they work great! you don't need any machines and all you need is a comfy floor to lay on!
you can do CONTINUOUS crunches for one min!. then lay on your side and lift your body upwards with the muscles on your side for another min!. i think you get it!.!.!.you just do 8 different abb workouts each one for a min! you can also do holds, they will increase your endurance!. you can lift your legs in the air and pull your arms up, using your abbs, so that they touch your toes!.
also basic push ups are great!. once they become super easy you can try with just one hand, one leg, or clapping!.
then to strengthen your legs work on squats!. first see how long you can hold yourself and then work on adding weight!. since you don't have equipment hold some books or something!. each time work on holding longer and longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
