Question: Is this the right way!?
Ok so I am supposed to eat small meals every 2 hours right!? So this is what I am having today, please tell me any changes that I should make!.
Breakfast 7:30am-bowl of frosted mim wheats w fat free milk-200 cals
Snack 9:30 am-banana-guessing around 100 cals
Snack 11:30am-strawberry yogurt-170 cals
Lunch 1:30pm- turkey sandwich on wheat bread w tomatos, a small bit of light mayo and pepper-somwhere between 250-300 cals
Snack 3:30pm nectarine-around 70 cals
Dinner 5:30pm salad with light dressing and a handful of cashews-200 cals
So what do you think!? Am I doing this right!? I also drink water all day long?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're close, but not quite there yet!. Your calories are just a little too low!. Don't go under 1200 and even that's on the low side!. Just to shake things up a bit, maybe go as high as 1500 two days a week, but not in a row!. I would keep everything as is except dinner!. Go ahead and have your salad, but also have a chicken breast or some type of lean protein, whole grains (1/2 cup brown rice or sweet potato), and more vegetables!.
Check out the page below called "eat healthy!." You want to make sure that you're getting the recommended servings of each food group!. That's what keeps you healthy and energized, and keeps your metabolism working strong!. You're a little low on your food group recommended servings!.

1)exercise to build muscle-3x per week(20 minutes per session)
2) eat to increase your metabolism rate-don't skip your meal-breakfast,lunch,dinner and 2 snacks between meal!.!.take smaller portion every meal!.!.!.
3) water for detox-drink a lot of plain water!. for every 25 kg you gained, drink 1 litre of plain water!.!.!.

unless my math is total crap you're taking in just a little over a thousand calories!. unless you are super tiny that's considered too little - of course you will drop weight fast but you are dangerously close to the "starvation mode"!. you are eating good food, but maybe you could add a few more cashews to that dinner!. (its recommended to not go under 1200 per day)Www@Answer-Health@Com
