Question: How much weight can i loose in 7 days!?
if all i do is exercise for those days an eat like 500 calories!.
how much!?

if it helps im 5'4'' and 120 lbs!.

With no food intake and minimal physical activity the body will lose 300g a day (!.66 lbs) one probably can lose about 2 gallons of water without dieing!. By the numbers, 20 lbs, 16 lbs of water 4 or 5 lbs of tissue!.

Realistically, a pound of fat inside the body is about 3000 Kcals, subtract how many calories you burn from how much you eat and you lose about that much!. If you eat to little your body goes into power save mode and becomes extremely efficient with day to day functions and cuts out non life supporting functions!. Taking this into account 4 pounds of actual body fat, probably another 4 pounds of water (you're going to feel like ****) and half a pound of muscle (working out wont keep this from happening) So all in all, 8-10 lbs, it won't last though and you're going to feel horrible but it is possible!. I don't recommend this, but I did this once when I was 16!. I lost 15 lbs!. over 10 days!. I ate three large apples a day and exercised all day marching, walking and calisthenics (rehearsing for marching band)!. No rigorous, but more so, consistent medium activity!. But I was in camp at the time so no temptations!.

Complex carbohydrates have a better glycemic index!. Meaning your blood sugar stays more steady and the fiber in fruit and vegetables keeps you full and you absorb the food more slowly, so you aren't starving like after you eat something instantly digested like processed sugars or foods!. So lean meats, seafood, all lowfat, and raw fruits and vegetables are best for weight loss!. Eliminate white foods - bread, baked goods, cereals, chips etc!.!.

I think the army guy's recommendations is best - splitting 1200 calories up into small meals will keep you from getting light headed and insane!.

Aerobic exercise is great, but building muscle with weight training is important if you want to keep burning calories!. Over 7 days though that's irrelevant!.

I also think exercising several times a day for shorter periods, is better than one huge workout where you are exhausted halfway through and not putting your highest effort into it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am in the army and in charge of my units overweight workout program!. any time a soldier comes to me I develop a tailored plan to help him to his fitness goals including exercise and diet!. Eating only 500 calories a day IS NOT recommended!. I dont care about the burning muscle part, you will feel like complete $hit!. Trust me! I've done it!. At one point in my life I weighed in at 255lbs (@5'7") i droped to 175 within 4 months through hard work and dedication!. But I would not recommend it to others!. However if you are realy set on loosing weight quick, I recommend you drop your caloric intake to 1200 calories a day and break those up into six "snack" meals of 200 cal a peice!. try to develop a routine of exactly when you are going to eat and what kind of snack!. The first couple of days will be hard, your body will constantly be hungry, but eventualy after about a week of keeping to your program it settles in!. your body becomes a calorie burning machine!. you metabolism will be quick and runni9ng all day, because you are as I say "continualy stoking the fire"!. Also try to do 45min to 1 hour cardio a day!. preferable early in the morning and no BS cardio either!. dont be in the gym with your Ipod on watching the F ing TV!. head down real work on the treadmill or eliptical!. you can loose all the weight you want, however our sucsess it in direct corrilation to how willing we are to be honest with ourselves and get off our lazy a$$eS!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No one can predict your future weight loss!.
There is a lot of bad information out there!. It has made America the fattest society ever!. But it makes food companies and diet companies rich!. Learn why salt, black coffee, salt, lean meat, salt, non-fat yogurt and salt are so fattening!. SALT HAS NO CALORIES!. The book, Intuitive Eating, says "If you tell yourself that you can't or shouldn't have a particular food, it can lead to intense feelings of deprivation that build into uncontrollable cravings and, often, bingeing!." Nourish your body thin, instead of starving it fat!. Learn the fastest way to lose weight!.

Never cut carbs, fats and calories!. Eat foods made by nature, not man-made foods designed to make you fat and addicted to food!. Which has more calories: a plain potato or one with a healthy fat like olive oil!? The latter!. Which is more fattening!? The former!. How can this be!? The fat slows down the calories going into the blood (see glycemic load and glycemic index) making it less fattening!. It is not about how many calories but how fast they enter the blood!. But plant foods have fiber!. Fiber provides no calories, is filling and also slows the calories entering your blood!.

I wont to do the same thing!! i have asked a few questions, and my replys were

if i eat healthy, do brisk walking/running for 30-60minutes everyday with some little exacises i could lose up to 3-5kg, it just really depens on what i do, but if i dont go at it hard i could lose up to as little as !.5kgWww@Answer-Health@Com
