Overeating after a workout?!

Question: Overeating after a workout!?
I know the big motto among bodybuilders is "Eat, eat and eat some more!", but after a workout, I sometimes feel like I overeat!. Take today after a back workout:

protein shake
whole wheat bun
sausage (biggun)
ceasar salad
a bowl of Force Active cereal with grounded flaxseeds in them
a 1L bottle of water

Overeating!? Or "eat some more"!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
One of the times you can "overeat" is after an intense workout when your body is in recovery as doing so helps start and maintain anabolism!. I hope you're not eating all this immediately after your workout - have your protein shake and a simple carb, but no fats, immediately after then a whole food meal about an hour after the protein shake!. Fats slow gastric emptying and after your workout is when you want aminos to hit the bloodstream the fastest!. Simple carbs are good for the insulin spike which speeds up the anabolic process and helps clear out cortisol (a muscle wasting hormone), and helps replace depleted glycogen stores!.

The food choices are pretty good actually, but if it were me I'd nix the sausage and whole wheat bun and go for something leaner along with a whole grain you have to boil a while, like brown rice or barley!. Eating clean, in fact diet overall, is what separates the big cut guys from everyone else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What is your goal!? If you goal is to bulk up then eat as much as is necessary!. If you goal is to lose weight then you aren't doing youself any favors!.

BTW, that meal looks delicious!. If you are trying to put on some mass then that is perfectly acceptable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you trying to be a body builder!?!? If not you are way over eating!. Maybe you need to see some one in the gym to get you on a program!.
If it's that you are just hungry see a Dr!. or you will be huge in 6 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink some more water and cut out the bun and cereal
