You poor thing!.!.!.you've only had spammers answer your question!! :(

The problem with motivation is that people think they have to stick to a diet!. Just change how you're eating!. People think a diet is restrictive, but also temporary, like the 2-week Special K Challenge!. The thing is, your diet is just how you eat!. Eat 5-6 small meals a day made up of lean protein and natural carbs!.!.!.that's it!. There's no magic food or special diet!. Just eat!. Stop when you're full!. Make sure you eat every 2-3 hours!. Your metabolism is like a bonfire and needs a few branches fed to it every so often so it stays burning!.

One piece of chocolate won't kill you, and if you start just eating healthy instead of "dieting," you won't feel like you're cheating!.

A lot of people hate exercising, too!. You just need to find something you enjoy doing and figure out a way to burn more calories doing it!. Once you do it for a couple weeks (or less), you'll start to get addicted to it and you'll start to feel weird if you DON'T exercise :) Heck, today is my off day and I still went for a jog!. I just felt like I had to!.

Finally, give yourself a FITNESS goal, not a weight one!. Fitness goals are much easier to measure and you see results much faster!. Plus, they're healthier and you can always change them!.!.!.you can only lose so much weight, after all!.

Dr!. Roizon [ http://www!.apbspeakers!.com/themes/defaul!.!.!. ] says that it is healthy for your waist to be half of your height!. At 5 feet, 4 inches that would be a waist of 32 inches!. There is a lot of bad information out there!. It has made America the fattest society ever!. But it makes food companies and diet companies rich!. Learn why salt, black coffee, salt, lean meat, salt, non-fat yogurt and salt are so fattening!. SALT HAS NO CALORIES!.

Never cut carbs, fats and calories!. Eat foods made by nature, not man-made foods designed to make you fat and addicted to food!. Which has more calories: a plain potato or one with a healthy fat like olive oil!? The latter!. Which is more fattening!? The former!. How can this be!? The fat slows down the calories going into the blood (see glycemic load and glycemic index) making it less fattening!. It is not about how many calories but how fast they enter the blood!. But plant foods have fiber!. Fiber provides no calories, is filling and also slows the calories entering your blood!.

Thru the yrs, several times I felt inclined to trim my waistline!. There is one exercise that really works!. Just push yourself away from the table!.!.East small servings!.!.avoid sweets & snack foods!. Keep busy & active!. don't dwell on food thoughts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start Eating high fiber BUT low calorie diets!.
TRY Exercise a LOT (Even if you dont like it, Its Important)!
That's what experts say!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep the unhealthy foods out of your house!. It makes life a lot easier to eat healthy!. If you open the fridge when you are hungry and see chocolate pudding next to the cucumbers and carrots, you will probably eat a spoonful (or two or three) of the pudding (who wouldn't!?), instead of bothering to slice up some cucumbers and carrots for a snack!.

Never buy or drink soda, coffee or sugar added drinks!. It's hard, but you need to remind yourself that you are the adult with the money and you don't *have* to buy it!. Just don't!. Drink water, water, water and when you get bored of water, have some herb tea, low-fat milk, almond milk, or a fruit smoothie (that you make yourself)!.

Dieting is a weird word!. You don't really need to "diet," you just need to eat healthy foods!. No need to think of it as punishment or a form of denying yourself yummy food!. If you have a local Farmers' Market, skip the grocery store (where sweet things practically dive off the shelves and into your cart) and go there to get your weekly produce, eggs, and sometimes meat (depending on how big your market is)!.

Always, always, always eat breakfast!.

In a day, I always try to eat in a similar pattern:
Breakfast: eggs/multigrain Ezekiel toast (sometimes with sauteed veggies/cheese thrown in the eggs) or any protein combined with a starch (oatmeal w/nuts/fruits, toast with cottage cheese and fruit)
Snack: yogurt, PB &J (low sugar jelly, almond butter sometimes instead of peanut butter) (dairy, starch, protein)
Lunch: soup/salad/ and bread or brown rice (I make a big pot of soup weekly and freeze half to use when I get bored of one)!. I sprinkle the salad with seeds and use lemon tahini dressing (no sugar added)
Snack: hummus (a protein), sliced veggies, whole wheat pita bread (protein, starch, veggies)
Dinner: rice, beans, and veggies or some other (veggie/starch/protein) mix!.
Snack: toast with peanut butter, milk

Always read ingredients!. If you don't know what it is, don't eat it (unless you're experimenting with some new fruit/veggie or grain)!. Vary up your grains a bit!. Have some quinoa, millet or barley in place of rice sometimes!. Check out epicurious!.com to find some recipes in their "healthy" section and try a new one once a week!. Keep these things on hand for some healthy anytime foods:
A big pot of soup (made once a week),
a bunch of fresh salad greens,
a batch of brown rice,
nuts/seeds (to sprinkle all over your salad, throw in your stir-fries, etc!.!.)
sliced veggies/cheese to snack on
a loaf of healthy low-carb whole-grain bread
low-fat plain yogurt (add your own fruit)

Love yourself!. Have some chocolate-buy one nice bar of it--dark chocolate has less fat than milk chocolate--and savor it!. Don't just eat it all day long to help your body cope with blood-sugar crashes!. Skip the chips and all other things that come in bags with flashy print!. Avoid center aisles of the grocery store and only circle around the outside parts where the fresh foods are kept (dairy, fruit, meat, veggies, etc!.!.!.)!.

Exercise is another one of those things that you just need to incorporate into your day!. Instead of watching the same-old-same-old news, turn off the television and take a walk after dinner instead, or get up early, luxuriate in your gourmet breakfast and then take a walk after you eat it!. You don't need to run or do anything exciting, walking will do you good!. Lumbering burns more calories than sitting on the couch, so don't let the power walkers deter you from your outing!. :-)

Toss the scale out the window!. It'll just drive you nuts!. Eat well, toss the TV and walk whenever you would have been watching TV or sitting in front of the computer!.

I think that if we just learn to like ourselves and our bodies the way they are, we are more inclined to want to take care of them and keep them running well!.
