I want to loose weight?!


Question: I want to loose weight!?
well im in my teens and i weigh 229 pounds!.!.i wanna loose weight soo bad but everytime i start a diet, i dont stick to it,,,i often get depressed about it wishing i had sumone elses body!.!.!.what type of diet should i go on and what type of excersing should i do!? i am so lost!.!.!.PLEASE HELPP!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First figure out a healthy weight for your gender, height and age!.

Then take you weight in pounds, add a zero to the end and that's how many calories you should eat per day to lose weight!. You will have to a change you caloric intake as you lose weight!.

Then take your basic food pyramid and plan your meals off of that!.

Daily physical activity is also important! 30 to 60 minutes per day most days!.

Make sure you drink enough water!.
