I am a long distance runner so i dont want much bulk!.i also have some muscle!.
I am 17 yrs old!.5'7" 150lbs!.
I run 40min 5x a week n on a healthy diet
HOW MANY REPS SHOULD I USE!!?
i heard that anything over 15 doesn't help anything!.should i do 12 reps!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay toned is a word that is misleading toned means u have lowbodyfat and bigger muscles that kinda buldge so the running is good for burning the bodyfat u wanna look "toned" u need to build muscle there is no way of toning muscle just building u wanna build muscle 12 reps isnt gonna do u any good u wana do 6-10reps 10 TOPS and make sure those last 2 reps are tough tough otherwise the weight is too low and u should increase!.!.hope that answers itWww@Answer-Health@Com
