I am short and skinny and i get picked on?!


Question: I am short and skinny and i get picked on!?
Ok i am 14 and i am only 5' and i only way 82 pounds!. i get picked on for being so short and skinny and i cant really get a girlfriend since i am so scrawny!. im not bragging but i am good looking and have great definition, but i have no meat on my bones so the definition is pointless and i am 2 short for good loks to even matter!. what can i do to get bigger and stronger!. am i a late bloomer and need a growth spurt!? i heard i should not exercise because it could damage my growth!. though i have not hit puberty, for my voice has not changed and i dont have a giant mass of pubic hair!. i am not trying to be funny, i'm being very serious!. please can someone tell me what to do or if it is normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, you've got a lot of issues with your size!. You think that you're too short and too skinny to get a girlfriend!.!.!.no, that's not true!. There are people who prefer short guys!.!.!.your problem is that you're only 14 and you seem to have ZERO confidence! Don't assume you're having relationship problems because everyone is shallow, lol!.

1!. You have not hit puberty!. You will probably grow taller, but you might not!. Your goal is to make sure you're eating a well-rounded diet to give your body enough nutrients to fuel your body's changes!.

2!. You are not too young to exercise!. If that was the case, children's sports teams would be illegal! You should NOT powerlift, but that's it!. You can go to the gym, you can go for runs, start a sport, etc!.!. As long as you aren't powerlifting, you're fine!. Make sure to get enough protein when you start exercising so you can repair the small rips you make in your muscle (it's not dangerous, it's how your muscles grow)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey you know my son was exactly like you! He started working out with weights and building up his arms and chest and he drank alot of protein drinks and ate everything in sight!. Before you knew it by the time he was 16 he was a very muscular looking guy and not that skinny boy anymore!. Get you some weights and work out, it will take time but I promise it will work, best of luck to you!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try and eat things with lots of protein like
meat, fish and eggs and vegetables and if you are a vegetarian stop becuase you wont have enough protein and iron
so for breakfast have 2 slices of wholemeal toast with an egg
for lunch a beef sandwhich with fruit and a biscuit and for dinner meat or fish with veg

It's perfectly normal!. Is your family short!? If so give up on wanting to be tall, otherwise just wait, you'll get taller, you still very young! Puberty takes years and happens in different stages, everyone is different!. Don't compare yourself to your friends!.

A lot of girls like the skinny lanky look (I always have done, muscley men scare me a little and fat men are disturbing and usually old lol)

Forget about getting a girlfriend, it'll happen in time, trust me!. And if your good looking, it really won't be hard :o)

Be happy with yourself, and just be YOU!. The girls will prefer it long term, never pretend to be something you're not, an old cliche but a good one!.

You'll probably get bigger on later in life, when i was 13 i was about 5'2 and i was 110 pounds, im 16 now and im 6'1 and 170 pounds, things take time, some develop slower then others, if you really want to get big though, i suggest you bulk up, but maintain fitness while doing so, that way the weight you do put on, will be muscle!. By the way don't let those people get to you, there *** holes like that around here, that do that to my little cousin, and i always have to set them straight for him, it pisses me offWww@Answer-Health@Com
