Question: How does the shifting calories work!?!?

It is when you eat more calories one day and less the second!.

The day you eat more calories is the day your muscles have a chance to build themselves and the day you eat less is when you lose a little bit of weight by burning more calories than you consume!.

For example, one day you would eat 1300 calories and the next day 1700 and so on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can personally recommend weight loss hypnosis!.

You are not going to get sustained rapid weight loss whatever you do and hypnosis is worthless, scoring no better than placebo!.

Worse news, there is quite good evidence, from a University of California study, that so called dieters who try and find ways of getting something to lose weight for them, are doomed from the start with 2 in 3 ending up heavier!

The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day!. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer!.

1) Eat less
2) Take regular vigorous exercise
