Teen Weight loss Group HELP!?

I start to lose weight now (long time coming). I'm 17 and I've been over weight for about 8 years. I don't believe in diets i believe in life changes. I know there are places like Weight Watchers and Curves, but I don't think they really are open to teens. I've been doing some online searching and found nothing but websites that tell how to eat healthy. I know i need to eat healthy; that's not what i need I need the support group these other places have to offer. Why is it so hard to find that for a teen. Anyone no of any good place that offer what i need??


Answers:

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
