You're at a good weight now although you could even afford to gain a few pounds and still be at a healthy weight!. So you should eat pretty much what you're eating now, as long as your diet includes healthy choices and not too much fatty or sugary junk food!.

At 13 years old, if you participate in a sport or activity you enjoy, then no special exercise routine would be needed to stay fit!. If you don't exercise or play any sports now, then you'll need to eat a little more when you start that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would think you only need to exercise gently, a couple of times a week extra as i am sure you get quite a bit of exercise at school!.

Eat regular! Dont miss meals out, it is very healthy to have 3 meals a day, a balanced diet will help with skin, hair, nails and performance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
