Why i cant see my abs?!


Question: Why i cant see my abs!?
um im just curious about why i cant see my abs!. Ive just calculated that i have 6% body fat!. at that percentage i should see at least 2 abs!.and im 13, 5!.11ft and i weight 130 lbs!. i dont really care if i dont see them but i just would like to now why i dont see them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to work your abs alot!. Not only do you have to work your abdominals but also your oblique muscles!. your abdominals are your center muscles and your obliques are your side muscles!. It takes a while for muscles to build!. You have to have a healthy diet and work your muscles alot!. But not to much!. When you work your muscles they build inside your body and when they are big enough they start to show through your skin!. You may have 6% body fat but small muscles that you need to build!. well you seem to be slim enough to see your abs!. have you tried working out the muscles!? and some people are not genetically able to build large muscle mass, especially female, so just be happy with the body you have!. if you have a flat stomach be proud of that and happy with what you got because there are many girls who would kill to have 6% body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 5'11 (17 years old), 135 lbs!. I see my abs fine!.
Its probably because you don't have muscles!. You got to do some crunches, weight lifting, leg raises and jog more!. Abs don't show up because your thin!. You need some musclesWww@Answer-Health@Com

There's a reason not all of us are muscular body builders!.!.!.
Different people are "built" different ways!.!.!. its possible you will never be able to see your abs!.!.!.
Try working out more, and give it some time if you really need to see your abs!.

Um, do you work out!? It doesn't really matter how thin you are!. I'm 5"4" and 106 pounds and I go to the gym 6 days a week to get my abs!. It takes work other then just being thin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, if you want to lose all the body fat,you should do cardio,then do pushups or exercises that make abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, i've been skinny pretty much my whole life, but i didn't start seeing my abbs untill i did 50 crunches a day and drank protien drinksWww@Answer-Health@Com
