Question: Help!! i want abbs but how do i get them !?
im 5'4 and i weigh 116 lbs i want abbs really bad il do anything to get them i just need to know what should i do or if i should lose a little weight !? but whats the quickest way to get abbs without going to a gym!?!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have abs -- they're just hidden under a layer of flab like most people!. If you want them to show you have to get your body fat below 13%, and that takes proper diet and exercise!. Walking and cardio are best for burning off fat, and if you lift weights you can lose flab and tone up by lifting lighter weights and doing more repetitions (like 3 sets of 12-15 using a weight that's just enough so you "feel the burn!.") Diet is pretty much common sense -- drink lots of water, cut back on the bad-for-you stuff like sugar, soft drinks, fast food, junk food, etc!., and build your diet around foods that will ramp up your metabolism like nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, fish and poultry, lean cuts of beef and pork, olive oil, and whole grain breads/cereals/pasta!. NOTE: Most people consume too little protein, too little fat, and way too many carbs!. Aim for an even three-way split between carbs, protein, and fat in your diet!.

The only way to get abs without going to the gym is going on a diet!.This is a VERY good one that will allow you to lose AT LEAST 10 pounds in 14 days and that is the dr!.atkin's diet!.You don't need to exercise much and you can eat as much as you want!.May be to good to be true but it's not and it's proven by over thousands of people who tried it BUT what you can eat are limited!.As long as you like eggs,chicken,beef and fish it'll work for you!.Kinda have to make you a deal though!.Give me the best answer for this and I will talk you though this and I will give you all the info about this!.See you when I get the best answer:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

abs are, in my opinion the only muscle of your body that you can get "easily" without going to the gym cause you don't need any dumbells , machines!.!.!. you just need patience and determination!. You should know that for having abs you need to have less than 10 % of body fat and then when you have 10 or less, only doing 15 minutes of crunches 2 days per week would be enough!. But remeber that the hardest part is remove the layer of fat in your belly that actually is covering them!. You can loose this fat by doing aerobic exercise such as running, swimming, rowing, cycling, jogging!.!.!.

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add
to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Right!.!.i'll give you my abs routine!.!.this is the one I'm going to give everyone who asks from now on

Do HIIT (high intensity interval training) 5 times a week to get/keep low body fat - this is essential otherwise you wont be able to see your abs

Then do these 6 exercises with correct form/technique (google any you don't know)

1) bicycle exercise
2) vertical leg crunch
3) alternate knee to elbows
4) knees to chest
5) sit ups or crunches
6) plank

Do three sets of these exercises in the order they're written in!. To work out how many reps you should do, do each exercise until you cant do another rep and then divide this number by 2!. This is how many reps you should do in your first and third set - in your second set do an extra 5!. As you improve (say every week) add 5 reps to each of your sets!.
