What are some good stretches after running?
oh I have another question: ok so I have been exercising. but for some reason I am not losing weight on my face, shoulders, back, and arms. its so weird. so what should/could I do to lose it?

for the first question, do the butterfly stretch (inner thighs), quads, and calf (put your foot on a curb, or step, etc. and lean slightly forward keeping your leg straight).
for the second question, try swimming. i'm on a swim team and it really tones every part of your body. especially the butterfly and freestyle stroke.
