I'm torn between taking a fat loss pill or NO Xplode before my workouts. I know how unhealthy fat loss pills are which is why I'm swayed the other way. I wouldn't say I'm overweight, as at 5'10", 186 lb with probably 15-20% bodyfat. I've been lifting for over 3 months religiously as well as doing cardio. I've heard that creatine before your workout can help you lose fat and add energy, so I figured it may be a better idea than fat loss pills. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Creatine is the only PROVEN supplement that works as it increases the amount of ATP (consider ATP lifes currency) in your cells which is used for energy. Creatine will not help you lose weight but it will help your endurance and increase your lifts.

NO Xplode is a hemodialator and gives your that "pump" that comes from the rush of blood into the muscle. You can use it if you want. I've heard some say it's great and others say it's junk. My advise is to save your money.

The fat loss pills on the market are all junk and ineffective since the ban of ephedra. It's all marketing hype; save your money.

Take home message: Use creatine, ditch the fat loss pills, NO Xplode if you have money to blow.
