How do I get a flatter lower tummy?!


Question:

How do I get a flatter lower tummy?

I get embarassed about my chubby tummy so I cross my arms to cover it up. (btw. im a female) Do you know any exercise techiniques.


Answers:

All I can say is cardio. You can do a million sittups and ab routines and it will not get rid of the fat around your stomach. You need to work yourself up to at least 30 minutes of cardio a day whether it be walking jogging eliptical etc....then add your ab routine and most important is what you are eating. Stay away from lots of carbs.( breads, pastas etc) and salts. Also fatty meats like pork and steak. Stick to chicken and fish...also no take out or boxed meals try to make things from scratch...drink lots of water...good luck!
