How can i be the healthiest possible?!


Question: How can i be the healthiest possible!?
I'm not just talking about healthy diet and exercise for a healthy weight!. Other than that, what can i do to be the healthiest person I can be!? I just think it'd be really cool to be super healthy and feel great! I'm talking about vitamins, illnesses, sleep, etc !Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Get enough sleep(usually atleast 8 hours)!.

Drink plenty of water(atleast 8 - 8oz glasses/day)!.

Eat a balanced diet with a variety of natural whole foods and aim to get in atleast 100% of your RDAs!.

Excersize atleast 30 minutes most days of the week!.

Always keep clean!. Shower daily, brush teeth 2-3times/day!. Floss!. Clean your ears, wipe your ****!. Wash your laundry once a week!.

Always be a straight shooter!. Be honest and live with integrity!. Decide where your morals lie and stick to them!. If you are honest with yourself and hold youself up to a superior moral code then you will sleep better at night!. Trust me!.

Everyone hates their jobs to some degree!. But find a job that stresses you out the least and affords you enough money to pursue the things in life that you want!. Work is the biggest conductor of stress ever!.

If you are in a relationship that is not going well, take a step back and evaluate the situation!. You need to be honest with yourself and how you feel!. Don't stay in a stressful situation if you know that it is just not working out!.

Limit TV watching and internet use!. Try to get out and socialize more!. It is the human experience!.

Try to get some sun every day!.

If your shoes are shot, buy some new ones!. Be sure that they fit your feet well!. Bad shoes often cause lower back pain!.

There are many more suggestions, but i think this is enough to work on initially:)

Well, you need to eat a balance diet of carbs, proteins, fruits and vegetables!.

Exercise 5 times a week!.

Take a Vitamin D supplement!. We need 1200 UI daily and most people do not get this much and are more prone to cancers, osteoporsis, and many other diseases!.

Sleep at least 8 hours every day!.

Avoid smoking and drinking large quantities of alcohol!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont need to over due vitamins since we usually get plenty in are food
good sleep ,no stress
