How could i get taller?!
Question: How could i get taller!?
i need to get taller!. i am 12 years old and am 4'6!. im too short and im worried that i will grow genetically (unless i get it from my cousin, in that cse i will be AMAZINGLY TALL)!. so does anyone know how to get taller FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. i dont want to end up as short as my dad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

and also you shouldn't be worried right now you have about 6 more years of growing left to do chances are you'll hit a growth spurth in the next year or two

You can't grow taller than your growth hormones are going to allow you to grow!.
It's physically impossible!.
Don't worry, you'll eventually grow taller!.
It's all about genetics!.
If you look at how tall your parents are you can find yourself that tall somewhere in the future!.
Some people have their "growth" spurt at a higher age!.

Well, there is no way to actually speed up the growth process!. You can do exercises to improve your posture, to make you appear taller, but there is no way of actually becoming taller until you reach a growth spurt in a few years!. For now, just hang in there, someday you should be nice and tall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
