Question: Will I Loose Weight Fast By Doing This!?
Kaii, So I weight like 140 and I'm about 5'5, So I'm pretty overweight!.
These last few days, I've been drinking lots of water,
And eatting carrots for lunch!.
Half or less of whatever my mother makes for dinner!.
and either a banana, or just a light snack a while before bed!.

I've tried the whole working out thing for like two months, nothing changed,
I need something that will work, so don't judge me!.

To tell you the truth dieting is a hard question to ask, especially since people and theyre bodies differ in so many ways!. You may lose some weight doing this but not as much as you want!. As soon as you eat normally again it will come straight back!.

To add your not overweight!. Keeping a good attitude aboout yourself is also helpfull if you wanna lose some pounds!.

It's a good idea to not eat before bed since you wont be burning any of those calories while you sleep!.instead you will just be adding them!.

The best thing to do is have supper in the evening and go for a 30 minute walk or so!. because if you just sit down like most people the weight wont be going anywhere!. And swimming is also very good since it works out alot of the body and can burn much more calories than average workouts!.

You dont sound like your slacking so just keep up what your doing and dont resort to starving yourself!. You sound like your trying hard, and after your metabolism gets working, which does take a little time!. It will start to come off!. goodluck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basically you need to eat anywhere from 1200-1500 calories per day!. But the key is portion control!. Don't starve yourself!. Your biggest meal should be breakfast, followed by a decent lunch and a smaller supper!. It will be harder to lose the calories eaten from supper!. You need to be eating healthy foods in good portions!. Protein, fruits, veggies, etc!. Don't starve yourself and eat every few hours so your metabolism doesn't slow down!. The best exercises for blasting fat I have found is 1 minute walking 30 seconds running in that pattern Work your way up!. it burns 2 times as many calories!. You want to focus on toning and not necessarily the number!. I know that's easier said than done but take your measurements and you will feel it in your clothes!

i'm your height and about 5 months ago i was 140lbs too!. and i wasn't overweight!. i was a normal weight!.!.!.my boyfriend ALWAYS called me beautiful and i still got a lot of looks!. i had curves which is something ppl dont have much anymore!.

anyways!. i'm now 120lbs!.!.!.which is small, i lost the weight by excersizing and eating healthy!. i used to eat HUGE proportions of food and now i dont!. u need to realize your not overweight!.!.!.i mean, that makes me think that maybe i was fat but i know i wasn't!.

you might loose some weight but will gain it back when you go to eating regularly plus usually another 20% of what you lost!.
Your body could also go into starvation mode which will screw up your system and you will gain weight!.
So the answer to your question is no this will not work!.
try eating 5 - 6 small melals a day and drink your water!.

Well, you want something that will work!.!.!.and this is your idea of a good diet!.!.!.well, that's why your exercise didn't work!. Not only am I sure that you were lazy with your exercise as well, but you are not fueling your body enough!. Instead of thinking about food as the enemy, think about it as fuel!. I lost 35 pounds in just 3 months from hard cardio 6x a week, heavy lifting 6x a week, yoga 2-4x a week, and I ate around 2800-3100 calories a day to fuel that!.

This is good as long as your in control and if it's not interfering in your life!. It's best to go on fasts when you're in solitude and when you have plenty of free time to relax and when you have no distractions!. If you see yourself getting too exhausted or hungry it's better to take a break from your fast and continue later!. Fasting is very good for your body and spirit but you've got to know how to do it!. You WILL lose weight quickly at first on this diet, but it won't be permanent, because as soon as you start eating normally again, you will gain back all the weight and more!. A better and surer way to lose weight healthily is to stick to 1200 calories a day, with regular meals and exercise!.

first of all there is no "fast" way to lose weight!. You NEED to exercise or else you won't be healthy or lose weight!. You need to exercise properly (include wieght trainning)!. carrots is not a good lunch!. Eat from all of the food groups!. Eat when your hungry, stop when your full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your not overweight just need to lose about ten pounds to have a healthier weight!. What I suggest is not work out just go for daily walks for thirty minutes at least twice a day along with swimming for thirty minutes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a surefire way for you to GAIN weight!. At first you will lose weight but then you'll gain it all back and then some!. Eat healthy about 1600 calories and a day and exercise then you'll lose weight and keep it offWww@Answer-Health@Com
