Knowing that, if I end up looking too disgusting after my metabolism has crapped out on me, nobody will ever want to get near me again!. The temporary high from the endorphines is nice too!.!.!.
And if that still isn't enough motivation, I've got two words for you:

Well, I'm a runner in high school and I LOVE it! I'm on the cross country and track team-- which really helps motivate me to run hard and often!. I would say search for a group of people who enjoy the same type of exercise you do (hopefully running!) You'll never get the same quality workout if you do it alone!. You could join your local gym and try taking a variety of fitness classes offered!. You could also try some local dance studios and take a new/fun dance class!. If you don't enjoy dancing, dance studios usually offer yoga or pilates classes!. By getting involved with other people you'll meet new people to relate to and who will help you with your diet! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The energy I get from eating right and exercising!. Plus, I come from a family of diabetics!. I want to beat those odds!.

And, you know, fitting into my jeans is nice added incentive also!.

It helps if you modify your diet and include foods that you love and choose an exercise routine that you enjoy!. I believe in making healthy as easy as possible on myself!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Knowing that five years ago, I was 210 pounds, couldn't make it up the stairs without stopping to breathe, and every time I had gas I thought it was a heart attack!.

Now, just shy of age 50, I weigh about 165, can do 70 push-ups, 60 decline crunches, 15-20 pull-ups (depending on type), and run a 10K in 47 minutes!. That's not breaking any records, but it's not bad for a 50-year old either!. I still want to lose 10 pounds and I'd love to be able to run a half-marathon!. But every day I'm still here, there's still time to train!

Good luck, you can do it! (copping a Rob Schneider pose and grinning)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not hard for me, but I'm motivated because I have seen an improvement and I know it's possible to acheive the ideal result!. And I strongly want to be thin!. I guess it depends on how much you weigh!. If you're overweight or obese it could be more overwhelming!. Exercise also reduces stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Continuing to fit into my clothes!.

It is hard for everybody to stick to a routine!. It really gets boring after a while!.
Perhaps change what you are doing and look for other exercises!.
