Question: If I starved myself for like, a week would I lose any weight!?
Please don't say I shouldn't do it or anything because I'm doing it no matter what!.

Yeah, you'll lose some weight but you'll also lose a load of brain cells and muscle tissue!.

Your body will be in starvation mode so your metabolism will slow down in order to conserve energy!. Thus you will not be burning off excess pounds etc as efficiently as you would if your metabolism was at full tilt!.

You're better off reducing your calorie intake, cutting out sugars and fats, splitting your meals so as to eat 6-8 times a day and doing some exercise!.

In any event, one week will not result in any significant weight loss, however one week's starvation can bring about plenty of health complications!.

If you're dead set on doing it that's your call!. Hate to break it to you but you'll probably be disappointed with the results and would achieve better results pursuing a more intelligent and planned out programme of weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i tried that two weeks ago, i lost like 3 pounds i think, but i put it all back on the next week!. I couldn't do it for longer than a week!. I had zero energy and whenever i got up i was really dizzy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you lost some weight but you shouldn't STARVE yourself, eat healthier foods,exercise 1once a day aprox 2 hours, only eat chocolate once a week!.
