What can give me motivation to loose weight?!


Question: What can give me motivation to loose weight!?
I am 20 years old, 11 stone, and 5'9!. I have always been heavy, so when I was at my skinniest, I was 9 and a half stone!. I have never been this big before, and know I have gotta loose weight soon as I will be going back to uni, and don't want to be looking fat on all the nights out, but right now!.!.!.I am just not bothered about my weight!.!.!.and I need to be, because I don't like how i look!. What could inspire me to loose weight or motivate me!? xWww@Answer-Health@Com

What seems to work for a lot of people is benchmark goals!. Tell yourself you want to lose "x" amount of weight by a certain date!. I don't know how to convert stones, but for example, if someone wanted to lose 50 pounds in all they could say to themselves "I want to lose ten pounds by Sept!. 12" or something like that!. 10 pounds gives them the mindset that they can do it, instead of the impossibly seeming 50 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sarah, no one can motivate you!. It comes from within!. It will only come when you are fed up with how you currently look and feel (I'm not putting you down)!.

When you finally hit that point, it will trigger something DEEP inside!. You must then be focused and honest with yourself, and be willing to push yourself consistently to get the look you desire!.

Never compare yourself to anyone because we are all designed differently!. Just flash back as to how you felt when you weighed 9!.5 stone, how you were lighter on your feet, had more energy, and liked what you saw!. Take that, put it in your mind as a fresh memory, dig your heels in and go for it!.

Only you can do this!. Eat smaller portions and meals every 2!.5 to 3 hours to speed up your metabolism!.

Get moving, be fit, because you never fail before you quit!. If you are in college, you proved already that you are not a quiter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've struggled with my weight for a long time too and at one point I just started to sign up for things that would get me active and filled my calender with them and once I started getting active I like the results so I kept at it!. I read Women's Health and Self to keep motivated and have Nike Plus for my Ipod Nano!. I highly suggest both of those tips!. I also pick strong health women who inspire me and follow there workouts, etc!. I also suggest getting a workout friend or joining a class!. If you go to the gym it is also very motivational because you want to beat the person on your left so you go hard!. Those are my personal tips and what works for me:) Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

i read a blog at buzz!.prevention!.com recently that was about how to motivate kids to exercise, but the more i thought about it, it would work on adults too!. if you band together with some friends to stay healthy together, the tips really could apply to anyone!. here's the link:
