When you exercise should you take more calcium?!


Question: When you exercise should you take more calcium!?
Answers:
IF you are somebody who exercises regularly, I recommend calcium in food forms (milk, cheese, etc!.) IF you are somebody who is prone to getting muscle cramps OR if you are under the age of 25!. Otherwise, taking calcium supplements won't really give you any extra added benefits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
