What you want is to go into Bulking Phase!.

You can either bulk 'clean' or 'dirty' depending on your preference!.

Clean meaning eating clean, good amount of protein, carbs and fats!. Eating food like chicken, turkey, whole wheat bread, tuna, peanut butter, brown rice, tons of vegetables, fruits!. But the whole point of bulking is EATING A LOT!. However, don't overkill!. You should get a general idea of how much you need to eat!.

Dirty bulking means eating tons of anything, pizza, burgers, anything!. Not recommended!.

However, eating big will only make you fat if you don't workout tons!.
Do a split like

biceps/triceps on one day
then shoulders/traps
chest/back
legs

then take a day off!. cardio is not important since you're trying to get muscular, not cut and get lean!.

drink tons of water!. 1-2 gallons if you can!.

as for workouts, getting a good back makes it easier to get muscles since the back is your foundation!.

do

squats
deadlifts
rows
benches
tricep extensions
bicep curls / preacher curls / hammer curls
dips
pull ups / chin ups
pushups
wrist curls

etc!.
