Answers:
Its because you eat during the day and it takes a good nights sleep to burn the calories and see effects!. In the morning I way like!.!.!.113 (estimate!.!.my weight goes up and down evry morning) and at night I weigh 116 becuz of all I've eaten, but I roller blade to exercise, so In the morning I'm back down to 113!.
hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Here's one for you: what time is your last meal compared to what time you go to sleep!. Remember your metabolism actually slows at night, your body-temperature drops (hence the reason most people sleep with a blanket!.)

During the day, your body is highly active burning calories much faster!. If you are eating later in the evening, it's possible that this weight is a byproduct of a later meal!.

On a side note: being 13 and eating 1600 calories sounds a bit under par!. You're at an age where your body will generally need a few extra calories, especially if you lead an active lifestyle!. It is possible to stunt your growth by not consuming enough healthy calories at such a critical growing stage in your life!. Your age and weight on the surface does not sound to warrant such a strict diet!.

Wish you the best of luck; and stay healthy! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well for one, your pajamas are probably a lot lighter than the clothes you wore the next day to weigh yourself!. !.!.!.unless you didnt change lol

But it also depends on what time you ate!. Try to eat as early as 5hours before you eat!. If you eat really late, that might be causing the weight gain!.

Or this might be the weight gain from something you ate!? ~_^ iono, im kinda clueless !.___!. sowwies

If you try eveyrthing and it keeps going on, talk to your parents or your doctor to see whats going on with you!. I doubt it's serious, but just to be safe!. =)

Hope This Helps!

yes this happens to me all the time!. i gain about 5 pounds throught out the day!. it fluctuates because even though the food you ate through out the day is healthy, the food does not have time to digest yet so it is still stuffed in your tummy!. which makes you heavier but the food digests over night and you drops pounds again!. it is like a cycle!. your weight in the morning is the most accurate!. because nothing is inside your tummy!.
btw thats why your tummy looks the flattest in the morning then bloats up a bit in the day time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because in the morning you havent eaten anything for around 8 or more hours which causes you to weigh less!. when you eat all day even if it is healthy you will have food in your stomach making you heavier!.

it is all normalWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your weight flucuates during the day!. You're not actually gaining weight, its just water weight!. When you wake up, you have nothing in your stomach, so thats when you get the most accurate weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well during the day your body's metabolic rate is high after eating but you put on weight through muscular hypertrophy!.

during the night your body breaks down your muscle mass to access protein to keep the rest of your body functioningWww@Answer-Health@Com
