Question: Around How Many Calories Is This!?
Here's my meal plan, I'm trying to gain muscle mass:
Breakfast: 2 boiled egg whites, 1 sunny side-up egg with yolk on wheat bread, oatmeal, and an orange
Snack: 2 baked potatoes and some trail mix with a scoop of Whey protein
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with mustard and tomatoes on wheat bread, and some fruit
Pre-Workout Meal: Oatmeal, 2 boiled egg whites, Ensure (protein drink), fruit, and a multivitamin
Post-Workout Meal: Scoop of Whey protein, avocado sandwich on wheat bread, with various vegetables, and a banana separately
Dinner:Brown rice with skinless chicken, a baked potato, and fruit
I also have another glass of milk (both my oatmeal servings give me 2 glasses), 8 cups of water, and a scoop of Casein protein before bed!.
How many calories would you say that is!? If I went from a 2,000 calorie diet to this, is that too fast of an increase!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

breakfast is either 540 or 470 depending if it's 1 piece of bread or two
snack id say about 400cals also
if it's 4oz turkey about 350cals
pre workout350 + w/e the cal content in the ensure is idk if it's a 350 one or 250cal one so either 600or 700cals
post workout meal about 550cals
dinner 450cals
ur other milk and casein protein like 200cals!? i think
so total about
2700-2900cals
ud gain like 1!.5lbs a week with this no it's not to much but u wana make ur workouts intense and goood feeel it!! u dont wanna gain too much fat though ull gain some but if u can it it all do it good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
