Diet/Math question. Please help I dont understand!?!

Question: Diet/Math question!. Please help I dont understand!!?
Ok so I eat about 10,000 calories per week!. My BMR says I burn 1532 cals a day so that is 10,724 per week!.
So 10,000-10,724=(-724)
I know that a pound equals 3500 cals so if I am coming up negative 724 then that is not enough for a pound right!? So does this mean that I will not lose any weight!? I am eating between 1200-1600 cals a day!. Should I go even lower!? Pls help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
With the way you are eating now, you burn one pound every 3 weeks or so!. This is an okay pace if you do not need to lose much weight (like 10 pounds), however if you would like to lose more weight or lose weight faster, you should:

A) Decrease your food intake!.
B) Increase your amount of exercise!.
C) Do a little of both!.

Let's say you were to lower your daily food intake to 1000 calories a day, then you would take in 7000 calories a week!. 7000-10724 = -3724, meaning you would now lose a pound a week by simply lowering your calorie intake by around 400 calories a day!.

If you increase exercise, you can burn even more caolries per week!. Simply make it so you burn an extra 3300 calories a week, meaning you will be able to lose around 2 pounds per week!.

I hope I helped, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
