Tips for snacking and exercise?!


Question: Tips for snacking and exercise!?
I'm trying to eat healthy, but I don't want to obsess over it!. I want to know a few good healthy snacks that I can eat throughout the day!.

Oh and does anyone know any good and easy workout routines!?

The food part is easy! Just eat a lot of fresh veggies fruit!.
I found these new brown rice cakes that are really good!. I like to put almond butter on mine, but you can do natural peanut butter too!.!.!.better yet, top the peanut butter with sliced banana!!!! Yum!.!.!.
