Do we take in all of the vitamins, nutrients, fats and oils when we eat food?!

Question: Do we take in all of the vitamins, nutrients, fats and oils when we eat food!?
I am wondering because how much does our body actually take in and use!. I've heard before that even if you take a multi vitamin daily your body doesn't soak up all of it!.

What do you know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The body does not take in and use all the nutrients from the food we eat!. In addition, as we age our bodies typically become less able to
absorb many nutrients!. You're young so I wouldn't be too concerned if
you're eating healthily!. If you are having any digestive troubles such
as IBS or excess gas then digestive enzyme supplements can help to
break down fats, proteins and carbs for better absorption!.
You're right about the mufti vitamins as well!. Of course it doesn't hurt
to take them, but you generally get better absorption from the food you eat!. You can purchase "chelated" vitamins, but they're expensive and should not be necessary unless you have pernicious anemia or are otherwise ill!.

If you eat well!.!.!.ie!. a balanced diet, you don't need a multivitamin!.
However, if you eat lots of junk food etc!. it might be good if you take one!.
Your body absorbs only what you need on a daily basis because vitamins are not stored!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nope! Your body never brings ALL of the vitamins in from your food!. But some foods (such as salad dressing) contain amino acids, or chemicals that help your body absorb the vitamins better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, our bodies get rid of alot of extra stuff we do not use!.

for example oils and fats some times build up in our pores cuasing zits

if our bodies soked every thing up we would never go to the bathroom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body only uses what it needs then is discards the rest, It you eat a balanced diet you will get most of what your body needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
