Is it possible to be in great shape without a gym membership?!


Question: Is it possible to be in great shape without a gym membership!?
I have had a membership to the gym for about a year and have gotten into decent shape!.!.not perfectly toned, but I run a lot on the treadmill and hit up some back/leg/arm machines (though not routinely)!. I ran into some money issues and am cutting back on things, like my membership!.

I think I just want to hear that it is possible, that you don't need a gym membership to be in great shape!? Anyone with experience of doing some serious work out sessions at home!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yea, it's all about eating the right proportions!. I eat three small meals a day, and snack on fruit or yogurt in between!. I walk an hour a day and I do 3 sets of 25 crunches!. I don't have the money for a gym membership, but I'm able to maintain a good physical shape without it, hope this helps :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

its definetly possible, there are countless exercises you can do at home!. You can get a set of dumbells at walmart that suits you!. You can also get this!.!.!.!.!.!.!.www!.perfectpushup!.com which I highly recommend!. Yes, women can do it too!. It WORKS!. I have had it for a year and Ive put on 12 lbs of muscle!. I do the hard workout though with the feet on the chair etc!. You can do crunches also!. There are many exercises which you could find online!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

A liquid diet is appropriate!. Along with water do yoga!. Yoga is very soothing and helps digest food with the help of water!.Drink one glass of water before every meal!. Make it feel obligatory!. Then, not only will you loose wait, you will also higher your self esteem!.

OR

All you have to do is eat in portions!. For instance: Have a apple in the morning, then an hour later have cereal!. - so on so forth!. All day long, after every hour, eat!. then the food has time to digest!. You will feel a lot better!.

Oh ya, if your not up for yoga, then excersize!. buy a disk like: Walk Away The Pounds!. (Or some workout disk)!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
