Help with calories?????????!


Question: Help with calories!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
if i usually eat 900-1000 calories a day and ive been doing that for about 5 weeks but i want to switch to 1200 calories a day to be healthy will i gain alot of weight back by doing that cause i dont want to gain alot of weight back and if i would gain alot of weight back is there anyway to not gain alot of weight back but still try to get to 1200 calories a day cause i really dont want to be unhealthy please help

Bumping up to 1200 shouldn't hurt at all!. No, you won't be losing as much as fast, but if you want to keep losing, you can always add more exercise!. So yeah, to sum it up, 1200 + exercise = just fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
