Do they all work the same!? Well, essentially, yes!. For your purposes, and your age, IMHO I think that would be an excellent investment to at least get started on!. It's got some decent reviews on that site and on the epinions!.com website as well!.
If you spend more, you're probably ending up with some more features, a sturdier construction, and maybe a smoother motion, but as far as the type of exercise, about the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
