lOl!.!. first of all you need to stop standing in lordosis! (your back really arched) i do the same! it will cause problems in your back in later life!

umm anyway! your pretty skinny so you dnt need to lose weight or anything to tone up, but running still tones the body! and fast walking! doing sit ups with medicine balls and wood choppers (put the cables above your head height, and with straight arms pull them across your body) this will tone your external obliques ( the v guys have)!.!.

every excersice you do try to tense your abs, or squeeze your belly in! switching your core on 24/7 will really tone it! doing things like yoga and pilates as well also will tone the bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you should do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)!. It's far more effective than long slow cardio as it boosts your resting metabolic rate which in turn is responsible for burning fat even while you sleep!.

Here's how: 2 minute walking moderately fast followed by 30 seconds of sprinting (as fast as you can), this becomes 1 cycle!. Complete 3 more for a total of 4, this should be 10 minutes in length!. Work your way by adding 1 more cycle every week and by the end of the 8th week you'll have 8 cycles lasting 20 minutes!. THIS is optimum!. This may seem short but it beats spending more than 45 minutes moderately running and is more interesting and enjoyable!. Do this for 3 days of the week!.

For resistance exercise you should do Janda situps!.

Assume the standard bent-knee crunch position while your partner holds your legs just below the calves!. This hand position is the secret to Janda sit-ups!. Your feet should remain in contact with the floor at all times during the movement, and the knees should be flexed no more than 90 degrees!. Fold you hands across your chest, inhale, and slowly sit up while applying steady pressure against your partner's hands with your legs!.

Stop when the tension in the abs is about to drop off (around halfway up) and exhale at the top of the movement!. Inhale again and lower yourself all the way to the floor, pushing against your partner's hands the whole time!. Relax for a second, then repeat!.
Do this 3 days a week on the days you don't do HIIT training!.

Diet is also important!. Eat 4-6 smaller meals per day and drink plenty of water!. Get at least 8 hours of sleep!.
