Veggies or fruit diet?!


Question: Veggies or fruit diet!?
For a raw mono-food diet, which works better for weight loss: veggies (lettece, cucumber, tomato, carrot juice, mushrooms, spinach, celery, peppers) or fruit (watermelon, lemons, plums, grapefruit, berries, papaya, apples, cucumber, tomato, melon)!?

I plan on doing this for 2 weeks, not as a crash diet but more like a fast; so no lectures!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

fruits have alot of natural sugars so more calories which turn to fat if not burnt!.

Just make sure its a short time thing like you say, as you know your body needs many nutrients not in a veggie only diet!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's a lot of straight up water!. A water diet will give you a lot of weight, and gaining weight in water is a pretty bad thing, too, I hear!.

Hi!. I would go with all veggies (throw in some protiens too)!. Most are negative cals so they will burn up quikly and you'll drop quiet a few lbs!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need both!. but more veggies, less fruit!. hope u r going to eat some carbs and protein too!. otherwise u will get wierd cravings!Www@Answer-Health@Com
