Question: How can i lose belly fat fast!?
im not fat my i have a bit of thighs and a belly and i wanted to lose them do you have any exercises that i can do to lose it and make my belly flat!?

Do lots of cardio like jogging, swimming, etc!.!.!.and try to eat foods that burn fat like cabbage!. Doing ab exercises won't help much, but you can do that too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Contrary to popular belief, you cannot "point burn" fat!. In other words there are no specific exercises you can do to get a flat stomach!. However, doing situps and ab crunches will increase the size of your stomach muscles, thus giving the appereance of being tighter and toned, despite having some fat on them!.

What you CAN do to diminish bellyfat is drink milk and use other low fat milk products!. The whey protein in milk, coupled with magnesium, calcium and certain enzymes, help speed up fat loss around the belly area for reasons not completely understood, however studies are in complete agreement on this point!.

Other than that, it's all about cardio and diet!. You have to lower your bodyfat overall, to get that bellyfat to shrink down!.

So:
-Low fat milkproducts
-Plenty of exercise (cardio and ab muscle strengthening exercises)
-Slight reduction in caloric intake


Any pill, magic solution, waist sweating or shaking device etc!. people will try to sell you on are pure voodoo, and unscientific nonsense that do NOT work!.

Items Needed
The following items needed for this routine include an ab roller and preferably ten minutes a day!.

Instructions
First lay flat on the floor with your head on the head rest of the ab roller, then slowly semi crunch for 300 reps!.

Then you will put your feat straight up in the air with your lower back laying flat on the floor, with your head still positioned on the head rest of the ab roller!.

While positioned this way you will then proceed to do 300 reps which will work the lower abs!.
