same problem =) low fat whipped yogurt, rice cakes, oatmeal, FROZEN fruits (they're better for you and cheaper) special k, change from eating white bread to whole grain, i had a whole wheat grain, doesnt taste much different from the plain when you toast it!. NO JUNK FOOD, at all, i know its hard trust me, i snuck a snickers in before =) haha only 1 though, chicken and turkey (not the lunch meats, the real deal) whole grain rice!. you could start running, i just started running today and i plan on losing 40 lbs before new years =)

Any foods can help you gain/lose weight!. You just have to eat 500 less calories a day to lose a pound a week!. True, if you eat fattening foods, you have to eat less of it since the calories are concentrated, but this is how it works!.

1 pound = 3500 calories
-500 X 7 days in a week = -3500Www@Answer-Health@Com

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals!.

Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit!.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon and a fruit!.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs!. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit!.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed!.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day!.
Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out!.


Try this for 3weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight!.
